We're proud to be members of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce
We're excited to announce that both Dimension H&S Ltd and Coaching Dimensions have joined the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce — and we couldn't be more pleased to be part of such a well-respected business community.
So, who are we?
Dimension H&S Ltd is an ISO consultancy and health and safety practice working with medium-sized businesses, predominantly in construction and manufacturing. From ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 through to day-to-day health and safety support, we help businesses build systems that actually work for them not just tick a box. Our approach is practical, people-focused, and grounded in nearly 25 years of real-world experience.
Coaching Dimensions sits alongside that work as our coaching, mentoring, and leadership development offer. Along with our podcast starting very soon! Whether you're a business owner, a senior leader, or someone stepping into a new level of responsibility, we work with you to develop the clarity, confidence, and capability to lead well.
Both businesses are underpinned by one belief: make it relevant and it will work.
We're based in the North West and work with clients across the UK, with an eye firmly on growing our reach further. Joining the Chamber feels like a natural next step in that journey, and we're looking forward to connecting with fellow members, sharing what we know, and learning from the brilliant businesses around us.
If you'd like to find out more, we'd love to hear from you.

Olivia brings great experience, organisation, and a positive attitude to the role, and she has already settled into the team brilliantly.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending quality time with her little boy and her cats.
We’re very happy to have Olivia join us and look forward to the future with her as part of the team.

Global Series Public Speaking
The Global Series invited us to deliver an interactive workshop on health and safety leadership and the feedback was just gorgeous!
We challenged the status quo, we challenged the safety profession and encouraged others to speak openly about what it is we are trying to achieve, what the challenges are and how people can share good practice.
Our New Home
We have just moved into the newly refurbished headquarters in the heart of our hometown. The old, renovated mill, its rich history made through the cotton mills of the northwest, opened in summer 2025.
It is a landmark achievement for us to not only have our own space but to be part of key local investment and part of a community of businesses founded and residing in the town.
With views across the town stormy days and sunny days are a dream with our huge windows and open place space.
British Standards Committee Seat
Melissa joined the HS/1 ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems committee as their independent Leadership and Risk Management Expert.
“To be involved in the development of internationally recognised standards is a huge honour. Being able to help shape the future of risk management is a huge passion project”.
Look out for further updates on the standards via the BSI website or Melissa’s LinkedIn page.
The Safety Social & Women’s Empowerment
Melissa founded and is the current chair of The Safety Social (TSS). When she recognised a gap in the market, particularly the northwest, England area, she poured her heart and soul into creating something special.
TSS now has close to 100 members and a committee of passionate people who believe in the cause.
Most recently Melissa hosted a Women’s Empowerment Workshop. Encouraging others to review their work life balance and to create their very own vision boards in a trusted environment with support and guidance.
The event was sponsored by on of our long standing and amazing clients. They hosted us at their offices whilst feeding and watering us throughout the 3 hour workshop.
Global Award Winner
Spring 2025 saw our founder, Melissa Fazackerley, being recognised by the International Institute of leadership and Risk Management, IIRSM for short, taking home the President’s commendation Award.
The awards voting was unanimous for Melissa as recognition of her efforts, not only with the institute, but as an individual in the global and local risk management community.
The reward serves as a reminder to us all to do what we are passionate about and what we believe in because it makes a difference and you never know who is watching.

Coaching Calls
We are working hard on improving our coaching and mentoring offering and with the recent reviews rolling in we are ridiculously excited to see where the journey takes us and the high-risk industries we work with.
From those in leadership roles to those executives managing multi-million-pound companies coaching brings a whole host of benefits and to see those come to fruition is the biggest reward. Knowing we can make a real difference to people’s lives when coaching conversations happen.
World Leading Clients
A client of Dimension recently completed their surveillance audit, under a UKAS auditing body, with flying colours. More than that, the praise they received was magical and it is all a result of teamwork, board commitment and involvement and one of their client’s told them they are ‘a world class organisation’ absolutely solidified the pride Dimension felt for such a committed client on their ISO journey.

Collaboration is key when solutions are there for the taking. From managing workflow to accounts Sage has it all and their latest offering to the construction industry can make life a lot easier. In the same way ISO standards help manage business risk.
This partnership was just one of the latest fantastic new ways of thinking about high-risk industry and the solutions that come with it.
